Kadek Juliani

Kadek brings balance, warmth, and unwavering positivity to Nautika — leading both dive and resort operations as our Operational Manager and proudly serving as a PADI Master Instructor. Originally from Gianyar, Bali, she was raised in a hardworking and loving family. Her father worked in construction, her mother ran a small food stall — both modeling the dedication and grit Kadek now carries into everything she does.

Her diving journey began over a decade ago and has taken her across oceans and through ranks — becoming one of Bali’s highest-certified female instructors. Her professionalism, calm guidance, and deep knowledge of the underwater world have made her not only a leader but a mentor to many.

Off duty, Kadek is reflective and kind. She finds peace in books, connection in nature, and joy in meaningful conversations. Her gentle presence, curious mind, and quiet strength make her a grounding force for the team.

Kadek believes that kindness is strength — and that love for people and nature can guide us to better decisions, healthier communities, and a more sustainable world. Her leadership style is built on empathy, clarity, and the belief that every person — and every dive — matters.
